    With a constant diet, she lost 70 pounds. It was also found that Kim only consumed 40 gms of carbs a day during her diet. In one of her interviews, she says, “I embraced my body after birth as a challenge for me; it is pretty insane to realize what our body is efficient at. Kim Kardashian is known for her efforts and everything she does, whether dealing with social media or body weight.  

    Seeking Kim’s Diet Plan, Which Helps Her Lose Weight

    Kim said adopting the strict Atkins diet was a game-changer for her. It helps her to lose a significant amount of weight from her body, especially after the birth of her second baby.  She also stated that she wanted her sexy body back after the birth of her child, which motivated her to follow a strict diet. 

    She also said she had experienced the Atkin diet, which she and her dad tried once during school. Further, the reason was that she had a photo shoot for a magazine, so she decided to begin her weight loss journey to meet the deadlines. For this, Kim started during workouts daily and followed up with the Atkin-40 diet plan. 

    The Keto diet is renowned for weight loss, while Atkin is only a few famous or known by many. The purpose of both is to reduce ketosis. However, both involve, unlike procedures. The expert trainer has said that “there are some similarities between both keto and Atkin diets. Nevertheless, these are not the same thing.” Both Keto and Atkin diets have low carbohydrates, focusing on under-protein intake and playing up with high fat. However, the dissimilarity is that Atkin involves different stages, including a stage where you must take high-rise carb intake. On the other hand, keto diets focus on continuous low intake of carbs.

    Feta cheese is made from either goats or sheep’s milk. It is rich in proteins and healthy fats, which help keep the tummy full longer. 

    This allows one not to feel hungry and eat all the time. Kim consumed feta cheese along with a nice amount of spinach. 

    Kim ate feta, two egg whites, and spinach. She chose this meal despite eggs being low in calories and having more proteins, which is great to be included in the Atkin 40 diet. Research has also found that people who intake just two egg whites without the tongue lose weight faster. 

    Lunch 

    Kim likely had a nutritious lunch during her diet that included either chicken or fish. She had a side of fresh vegetables. However, she soon substituted it with vegan alternatives. Kim adores munching on mashed potato, creamy dressing, and avocado, which she shared on social media. 

    Dinner

    Kim shared that her trainer told her to eat simple carbohydrates. She revealed that her dinner was similar to her lunch, involving chicken and a side of salad. 

    Apart from these, she was asked to have shakes that were rich in nutrients. 

    Snack 

    Although Kim was on a rigorous diet, she still enjoyed occasionally munching a few delicious snacks. Melissa took most of her favorite snacking items, such as waffles and crackers, but Kim came up with healthy alternatives. She primarily fulfilled her sweet craving by having some Greek yogurt and a side of blueberries.

    Ten Repetition Side Lounges  

    Besides her regular workouts, Kim adores performing in at least ten lounges. Performing languages is highly beneficial for training the body’s balance and stability in movement. In addition, it assists in reducing lower body fat.

    Ten Repetitions of Wide Squats

    Kim Kardashian revealed that she must include ten repetitions of a wide squat in her workout routine. Wide squats help tone down the body muscles and build muscle strength. Seven weeks of wide squats will make a considerable difference.

    Ten Repetitions of Mountain Climbers 

    Mountain climbers are known to be the best workout for reducing belly fat. They focus on building abs, tights, triceps, and biceps. Kim’s favorite part of her workout routine is mountain climbing, and she loves performing ten repetitions daily.
